Some customers might have faced issues with the transport assignment process while operating on the Transporeon platform from approximately 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM CEST on the 15th of April 2025.
Our team has identified the root cause concerning the Rate Management module and implemented a fix. All affected transports were resent in the meantime, and all transport assignment processes were handled successfully.
