To maintain the ongoing stability of the Transporeon platform, we will be performing maintenance on the database on Sunday evening, November 23, 2025. The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 18:00 CET and is expected to last approximately 4 hours.

During this maintenance, users may experience brief slowdowns or retries across modules: TSM booking and scheduling might pause, exchange/integrations may deliver files and webhooks slightly later, analytics refreshes can lag slightly, driver messages may be delayed, and any admin changes might need a second attempt before everything catches up. These disruptions may occur multiple times, lasting a few minutes each time, and may require users to log in again if an error message appears.

We kindly ask for your patience during this maintenance window. Once the work is complete, you will be able to resume using the Transporeon Platform as usual.

We do not anticipate any impact on data integrity.
