Some customers using FTP connections to the Transporeon platform might have experienced data transmission disruptions on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, starting at approximately 7:00 AM CET.
After identification, the fix was applied, and a period of stable operation has been observed starting from 7:45 AM CET (same day). The incident was resolved on our end.
