Please be informed that the event affecting the Transporeon platform from 11:30 AM CEST was resolved at 12:50 PM CEST on June 25th, 2025. Only a limited number of customers and transports were impacted.

All scenarios and aftereffects have been identified and addressed in a meantime.

We confirm that the Transporeon platform is fully operational, and you may continue your activities as usual.

We want to transparently inform you about the ongoing activities related to the event that occurred on the Transporeon platform on Thursday, June 25th, 2025.

Currently, we are investigating additional scenarios and aftereffects of the event. Our understanding is that only a limited number of customers and transports are affected.

We encourage you to first try the viable workaround of recreating the affected transports.

We confirm that the Transporeon platform is fully operational, and you can continue to perform your activities as usual.

Should you continue to experience any other issues, please request support via support.transporeon.com, and we will address them with the highest priority.

Please be informed that all delayed data from 11:30 AM CEST to 12:50 PM CEST on June 25th, 2025, has been reprocessed, and we appreciate your patience in this matter. Data outside this timeframe should not be affected.

If you still encounter issues, please follow the instructions below:
1) If you encounter issues with open booking creation, we recommend recreating the transport to resolve the issue.
2) If a transport event (e.g., acceptance) is missing, recreating the transport should address the case.
